Training job aspirants
Classes for job-seekers are conducted to prepare them for competitive examinations. As a significant outcome of this effort, students have performed creditably over the last two years in the Tamil Nadu staff selection examinations.
Soft-skills training
Conversational English workshops, and the Toastmaster’s programme for Leadership and Public speaking are conducted by professionals, to help youth face interviews with confidence.
Promoting self-help groups
YOKE encourages women to hone their existing skills to augment their income. Quilting workshops are conducted. Self-help groups are also encouraged to take it forward.
